With warmer weather, it's time to head out to the lake with boat- or watercraft-trailer in-tow. You're all excited to get your feet wet again, and so you should. Winter is rough. Though, before heading out and while driving with trailer connected, there are things you might need to undertake. They're quite simple.
Common sense is a good barometer for safety. Tip for safe towing:
- Your boat or watercraft is sure to have extraneous items aboard, be they poles, nets, skis, floating contraptions, or life preservers. It's a must to store and stow securely.
